Port Security Rules when a vessel is at berth:

• Screening of all persons, baggage, and personal effects for dangerous substances, devices and prohibited items will be accomplished by either the terminal or the ship.
• Identification checks of all persons seeking to enter the facility to include TWIC, crew ID, passenger tickets and/or boarding passes and photo ID.
• Receiving of vessel stores/provisions:  Prior notice must be arranged with FSO.  Vessel stores will be inspected by either shoreside security or vessel security.
• Ship Manifest as well as any expected visitors, vendors, and joining crew must be provided to terminal security.
